Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Can I return my product?

Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received.

How do I return my order?

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.
You can send your return or exchange request to us via our portal.

I selected the incorrect quantity for my order, but it's already gone through. Can I change it?

Yes, depending on when the mistake was discovered. Feel free to contact our customer service and we will do our best to update your order to the correct quantity and issue a refund for the unwanted items.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept the majority of credit card types like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Dinner Club, Pay Pal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shopify Pay, Debit Card, Direct Deposit, & most local payments.

What kind of Global Payment do you accept?

We accepet major international credit card.

Do you have financing option?

What is 3D Secure? I am trying to pay with my CC, but it says "3D Authentication failed".

3D Secure (3-domain structure), also known as a payer authentication, is a security protocol that helps to prevent fraud in online credit and debit card transactions. One of the advantages of 3D Secure is that it reduces fraud. It also makes shopping/commerce safer online.

If you receive a "3D Authentication failed" error - it means that you were not successful entering required information. Please correct any typing errors, deactivate Caps Lock, check the data if needed and try one more time.

If the error remains - contact your credit card issuing bank for additional information.
