Easy Mediterranean burger are a flavourful way to mixup hamburger night with Mediterranean flavour.

800 g Angus ground beef | 3 tbsp chopped fresh parsley | 1/2 tsp dry oregano | 1/2 tsp cumin powder | 1/2 tsp coriander powder |
1/2 tsp paprika | 1/2 tsp garlic powder | 1 tsp salt | 1 tsp black pepper |
DIRECTIONS
Combine ground beef with spices, parsley, and salt and pepper. Mix well.
Portion in to 4 patties (each 200 gr) and fry in the pan, finish cooking in the oven (350˚F for 5 minutes) with slice of feta cheese until the cheese get soft .
Serve burger with yogurt garlic sauce on the toasted buns, and top each burger with roasted red pepper, cucumber, tomato, red onion, and cilantro.
TIP: Yogurt garlic sauce-1 cup greek yogurt, 1 garlic clove-crushed, 1 tsp fresh meant-chopped, salt and pepper to test. Mix all of these ingredient to have your yogurt garlic sauce.
